In early 2025, KS Consult partnered with the Ghana National Association of Private Schools (GNAPS) to launch a pioneering AI awareness and integration campaign. Through a series of workshops and webinars, we are training school leaders and teachers on the future of AI in education, from automating administrative tasks to supporting personalized learning experiences.

This initiative is laying the foundation for Ghanaian schools to start building AI-enabled teaching environments, and remains one of the country’s large-scale engagements on the subject within the private education sector.

Shifting to Electric Mobility: Supporting EV Mini Bus Adoption

KS Consult has been at the forefront of helping schools rethink logistics and reduce operational overheads. One major initiative this year has been to support 100 plus private schools across Ghana to transition from traditional diesel-powered school buses to efficient, eco-friendly electric mini buses.

By partnering with local EV suppliers and offering cost-analysis tools, we plan to help schools understand the long-term savings, maintenance benefits, and environmental advantages of electric mobility — making student transportation more sustainable and financially viable.

Teacher Net Data Initiative: Powering Connectivity for Ghana’s Private School Teachers

In partnership with the Ghana National Association of Private Schools (GNAPS), KS Consult is launching the Teacher Net Data Initiative—a bold effort to enhance digital access for teachers across private schools in Ghana. Recognizing the widespread absence of reliable broadband in many school communities, this initiative seeks to remove barriers to internet access that hinder lesson preparation, resource gathering, and professional development.

Through this initiative, KS Consult is working with national telcos to deliver affordable, education-focused data packages to teachers in GNAPS-member schools. The model introduces bundles tailored for different levels of usage, giving teachers the flexibility to choose what suits their instructional needs and budgets

This initiative underscores our commitment to empower schools and teachers to work smarter, stay connected, and integrate digital tools into their classrooms more effectively and our dedication to driving educational transformation through practical, high-impact technology partnerships—and creating inclusive infrastructure for Ghana’s future-ready schools.
